Paramount Communications Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2008 and also to consider the recommendation of dividend on equity shares subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
